1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product is expired or defective at the time of delivery.
❌ Please Note: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for opened or partially used items unless they are defective.
2. Return Process
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed using the same method of payment (JazzCash/Bank Transfer).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via Bank Transfer or JazzCash within 7–10 business days.
- Alternatively, you may choose to receive a replacement product or store credit for future purchases.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference (not liking the taste, ordering the wrong product, etc.), shipping costs will not be refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used food products.
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products not in their original condition or packaging.
